Deborah Ward is the Founder of and Managing Principal at ALPS she also serves as the lead Instructional Designer. Deborah is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology with a focus on Human Development and Performance. She is also a certified instructor in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Training from the Back of the Room (TBR). Deborah is client and outcome-focused. She enjoys working with organizations to help them clarify, communicate, and achieve their mission through organizational learning and performance solutions.

Duane Van Beek

Duane is a subject matter expert at ALPS. Recognized by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) as an expert in National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101: Life Safety Code, and NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety, he has written and presented several CMS classes, including Basic Life Safety, Fire Safety Evaluation System (FSES) Board and Care, FSES Health Care, and NFPA 99.

Wallace Holland

Wallace Holland is a subject matter expert (SME) at ALPS. As a certified Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) instructor, he taught the Basic Long-Term Care Courses – Traditional and Quality Indicator Survey (QIS) for six years. Wallace is also an instructional design SME and aided in the design of these courses.
